- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ¼ teaspoons salt
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl, then use a rubber spatula to mix thoroughly until a thick, sticky batter forms.
- Prepare for Shaping: Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Use a mini cookie scoop to drop small balls of batter evenly onto the sheet.
- Shape the Bites: Using your hands, gently roll each ball to smooth out the edges and form uniform rounds.
- Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet with the energy bites into the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, or until the balls have hardened and hold their shape.
- Store Properly: Transfer the chilled energy bites to an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for longer storage.
