- Brown the Butter: In a large pot, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Continue cooking and stirring occasionally until the butter turns golden brown and emits a nutty aroma, being careful not to burn it.
- Melt the Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows to the browned butter and stir continuously until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the Dulce de Leche: Stir in the dulce de leche and sea salt, mixing thoroughly until fully combined into the marshmallow mixture.
- Coat the Rice Krispies: Pour in the Rice Krispies cereal and gently fold to evenly coat all the cereal with the dulce de leche marshmallow mixture.
