- Roll and Cut the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin rectangle. Cut the dough into smaller rectangular shapes, similar in size to traditional pop tarts.
- Add the Jam Filling: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of sugar-free jam onto the center of half of the rectangular pieces, leaving space around the edges for sealing.
- Seal the Pop Tarts: Fold the dough over the jam to form pockets. Press the edges firmly together and crimp with a fork to ensure they are sealed properly and prevent filling leakage during baking.
